My name is Wallace W. Harkness and I am an Executive Marketing and Public Relations professional, with skillsets that range from the academic and/or non-profit environs to high tech business arenas.

I specialize in both creating and teaching completely turn-key sales and marketing proposals or other revenue-generating activities such as fund-raisers that emphasize the integration between online and traditional.
